When booking with The Richmond Hotel, all rooms must be secured with a valid credit card that must be shown upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Guests have until 48 hours before arrival to make any cancellations without penalty. No shows or late cancellations will be charged a minimum two nights stay unless the booking is for one night only. In this circumstance, guests will only be charged for one night.
